INSTRUCTION
Just before a meeting or a study session we like to add half a teaspoon of lion’s mane powder to any hot or cold drink and mix well. Lion’s mane powder is also a great boost in any smoothie recipe of your choice.

Mix ½ teaspoon in tea, coffee, smoothies or recipes.

As our extracts are strong, we recommend taking a week off after every 3 months of use.
